Mission

The School of Volunteers / Shkola Volonteriv is a voluntary association of progressive youth that wish to improve their community participation and to become active members of their society. The activities of the School of Volunteers are directed by the current legislation in Ukraine.

Fundamental activities and direction of work:

- conducting educational seminars, lessons and practical exercises;

- encouraging student youth to participate in volunteer activities;

- planning and implementing measures to enrich sport tourism and leisure organizations.

Principles of activity:

- the decision to attend the School of Volunteers stems from the active citizen’s own desire;

- professional competency and professional direction for experts in the school;

- a multidisciplinary approach – group work with experts in various fields that constitute one united team;

- openness and accessibility to all; 

- a combination of services which connect practical and theoretical aspects.
